Skin Test/Patch Test ${gratis}
If you are taking medications that may affect waxing or just have very sensitive skin we can do this skin test, (prior to a waxing service) by testing a small area on your arm.

Studio Policies.
Booking a Reservation
All guests are required to pre-pay for all services at the time of booking a reservation with a valid credit card on file. Please carefully read all Policies below.
Credit Cards
The credit card used to book must belong to the client booking the appointment & ID may be requested to verify. If you would like to purchase a wax for a friend we sell gift cards on our website that can be purchased at the same time as booking.
Age Restrictions
We DO NOT provide Brazilian Waxes to minors under the age of 18- No Exceptions. We do wax legs, arms & face of minors 16 years and older with parental consent. Your parent must be present at your appointment to receive services.
Arriving Late
If a guest arrives more than 7 minutes late to a reservation, we will do our best to complete any/all services booked, however, the guest will be charged the full price for all services booked whether all/any services were completed or not. We will always try to accommodate each guest, but we are very respectful of the time of all of our guests and Estheticians.
Cancelling a Reservation
When cancelling a reservation, we require 24 hours notice to be given prior to the booked reservation to guarantee that the guest will not be charged the full price of any/all services booked. If less than 24 hours prior notice is given, we will charge the credit card on file for the entire amount of all service(s) booked. The way to reach us to cancel an appointment is to either 1) text the business line, 2) leave us a voicemail message 3) message us thru the link in your confirmation email. *Please don't send emails because they can get lost in spam.
Rescheduling a Reservation
When rescheduling a reservation, we require 24 hours notice to be given prior to the booked reservation to guarantee that the guest will not be charged the full price of any/all services booked. If less than 24 hours prior notice is given, we will charge the credit card on file for the entire amount of all services booked. Cancellation Refunds
Refund processing time for cancelled appointments is pretty fast on our end. We send the refund on our end immediately and it can take anywhere from 1-7 business days to arrive in your account (depending on your bank), although most people get it within a day.
No Call/No Show
A no call/no show is defined as a guest not showing up for their reservation, and not calling us to inform us that they would not be able to make it to the scheduled reservation time. In this case, we will charge the credit card on file for the entire amount of all services booked.
Inappropriate Behavior
We have a STRICT "Don’t Be A Creep" policy. Although we believe that every person has the right to be waxed we also believe that our Estheticians have a right to work in a safe & professional environment, where they are shown the same respect that they show you. Some clients might physically respond to touch during a waxing service-- we understand this-- but it is NOT okay to act in a lewd or inappropriate manner. If at any point inappropriate comments or actions occur on the part of the client, the Esthetician will abruptly end the treatment and ask you to leave. In this situation, we will charge the credit card on file for the entire amount of all services booked.
